I’m sure you’ve heard that Gemini’s are two-faced, but really, we’re just multi-faceted! Both introvert and extrovert, intellect and creative, serious and silly, sweet and sour, we truly embody the twins. These fast-paced changes can cause us to be quite fickle and unpredictable, for better and worse. 

This drink takes the classic and classy French 75 but gives it a fun twist with Scapegrace black gin. Served with two glasses, light and dark to represent the polarity between the twins, pour the black shot into your glass and watch the colour change like an adaptable Gemini!
