Margarita at Cupid bar
Saturday 22nd Feb is International Margarita Day, so you’d better dust off those margarita glasses camarada and get your hands on a decent bottle of tequila!
Our recipe:
Salt rim first by rubbing the glass with a wedge of lime and pressing it into margarita salt.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the following:
50ml El Jimador reposado.
15ml Cointreau.
30ml Finest call Margarita mix.
20ml lime juice*
Shake well then strain into the salt rimmed glass. *As always, fresh lime is best but when limes aren’t in season we use Fruzio lime juice.
