Plum Wine Spritz at Cupid bar

We made this one up ourselves, so it’s a Cupid Classic. You’ll want to get your hands on some off-dry plum wine, this brand is available at your local Glengarrys store or online.

Build, in a glass filled with ice:

  • 60ml Gekkeikan Plum Wine.

  • 15ml De Kuyper elderflower liqueur.

  • Top with soda.

  • garnish with a sprig of mint, or a wedge of lime.
