This deliciously simple combination of sparkling wine and orange juice has been consumed for centuries in Spain. It’s the perfect happy hour beverage!

• Half a glass of orange juice*

• Half a glass of prosecco.

*The fresher the better, but we find McCoy orange juice to be pretty decent. Pour the orange juice in first then top with prosecco to avoid it fizzing over the glass.
